The Hill @ One North Review: District 5's newest private residential addition of tranquil sanctuary living

The Hill @ One North is a newly launched condominium developed by Kingsford Development, situated in the One-North area of District 5 at Slim Barracks Rise. The development comprises a site area of 5,936.6 sqm and is expected to accommodate 140 units. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has zoned this area for residential use with commercial spaces on the ground floor, providing residents with convenient access to retail and food & beverage outlets. The development neighbours the One-North Park, which offers ample opportunities for outdoor activities and social gatherings.

The LakeGarden Residences' launch is part of the transformation of Jurong Lake District into one of Singapore's key commercial and lifestyle hubs and the second "CBD". Not only is the project the first new launch in Jurong in 7 years, it's also the first of a series of en bloc projects undergoing redevelopments in the area. Its developer, Wing Tai Asia, acquired the site (previously Lakeside Apartments) in a collective sale in May 2022, while Park View Mansions beside it was acquired by CEL Development, SingHaiyi and TK 189 in July 2022. Two more condos in the area, Lakeside Towers and Lakepoint Condo, are also in the midst of collective sales.
